Complete set with visor, tunic, trousers, Iron Cross, and Spange. The visor is field grey with gold bullion piping, brass tone eagle and cockade. Brass wire chin strap. Interior diameter measures 7 1/4 inches. Slight mothing on left side of visor. The tunic with collar tabs, shoulder boards, ribbon, and breast patch in brass bullion wire. Name tag featured on left interior flap. Very fine condition overall. The First Class Iron Cross is one piece construction with a magnetic core. The pin is marked 134. It measures 1 3/4 inches. The spange pin is marked 4. It measures 1 3/4 inches. Non-fluorescing. From featured dealer John Fiske. Steel blade with acid etched motto, Gottlieb maker’s mark. Nickel crossguards with serial number 270111 and I roman numeral. Black grip with inlaid SS rune and eagle. Very good condition overall. Slight chipping on grip. Housed in anodized scabbard with Assmann DRGM hanger 13 1/2 inches. From featured dealer John Fiske. He was a recipient of the Knight’s Cross of the Iron Cross of Nazi Germany.
