US Model 1836 percussion conversion pistol. Barrel length 8.5 inches. Lock plate marked with an eagle over “A. Waters, Millsbury, MS, 1841” and “T.” Left barrel flat marked “U.S., JH, P.” Left stock flat has inspectors’ cartouches “JH” and “WAT.” Good condition. Mechanically OK, action functional. Bore is clear, lightly oxidized. Stock shows repaired chip around barrel tang.
