A large and highly detailed cold-cast porcelain sculpture by the Italian master Giuseppe Armani for Florence Sculture d?Arte. Inspired by the renaissance masters. The sculpture depicts the goddess Venus emerging from the sea upon a scalloped shell drawn by two swans. Exceptional detailing in the flowing hair and postured in the ‘Modest Venus’ style. Features signature hand-painted pastel finish and bears the Armani incised signature. Mounted on a polished wooden display base with gold leaf. Includes original box and Certificate of Authenticity.
