British Airborne Paratrooper Denison Smock WWII

A Denison smock for a British paratrooper in the Second World War. Green cloth construction with faded camo; silver-colored buttons along front, largely oxidized over time. Produced by John Gordon & Co of London in 1944. Size 6. This item has no associated provenance, but given when and where it was produced, the chance of use during Normandy is present and high. Condition: Some fraying, some nicks and scratches and catches, and the camo pattern is now mostly faded.
