M34 double decal red steel combat helmet. Exterior has textured field gray paint. Interior has eight-tongue leather with Y-strap chinstrap configuration. Skirt marked in paint “Feldlazarett St. Afra No. 22.” Interior marked “X” at right ear and “H” at skirt. Very good condition.
